The apartment consists of:
- a living room with a kitchenette and access to a balcony,
- a bedroom,
- a bathroom,
- a hallway.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with household appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, etc. The apartment has a fibre-optic internet connection available; the tenant arranges the internet contract independently.
A basement storage unit is available for the tenant’s use. Public parking spaces are available in front of the building.
The property is very well connected with other parts of the city. Bus stops, shops, service points and other amenities are located nearby.
Heating and hot water are provided by a dual-function gas boiler.

Rental costs:
